BetSonic.io is licensed in Anjouan, a tiny island in the Comoros archipelago, under License No. ALSI-042402014-FI4.
License Listed But Not Verifiable
They list the license number in the footer but provide zero link to verify it. You’re just supposed to take their word for it.
Two Different Company Registration Numbers in Their Own Documents
The Terms of Service and AML Policy identify the company as Spinlab Management LLC with registration number 4411 LLC 2026, registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. But the footer of the website says the same company has registration number 15651, registered in Anjouan. Their own legal documents contradict each other.
Appears to Use Sonic the Hedgehog Without a Licence
The casino uses Sonic the Hedgehog — Sega’s iconic mascot — as part of its visual identity, apparently without any licence or permission to do so. Using a globally recognised copyrighted character to market a gambling site is the kind of thing that tends to end in legal action.
The “No KYC” Claim
BetSonic markets itself heavily as a “No KYC” casino. That’s one of their main selling points — fast sign-up, no ID checks, just play. It’s plastered across their branding. The reality is quite different.
