It launched in early 2026, so don’t expect the polish or player volume of an established brand. But what’s there is genuinely interesting, and it’s moving fast.

Who Is It For?
XMR.GG is clearly aimed at people who want to gamble without leaving a trail. No mandatory email, no ID verification by default, no transaction history that links back to you. Monero hides the sender, receiver, and transaction amount — so even the deposits themselves are private at the blockchain level. If you’ve been frustrated by KYC requirements at mainstream crypto casinos, this is a direct answer to that.
It’s also worth noting the site works properly over Tor, which most casinos either block or load poorly on. For privacy-conscious players, that’s a meaningful detail.
That said, it’s not for everyone. If you don’t own any Monero and aren’t willing to convert some, the experience involves an extra step. More on that below.

The sportsbook covers Soccer, Basketball, American Football, Ice Hockey, and Golf. There’s also a Prediction Market listed — event and political betting — though at the time of writing we couldn’t locate it on the live site, suggesting it may still be rolling out fully.
One thing worth flagging: third-party slots are available, but the casino doesn’t publish RTP figures anywhere visible. That’s common in crypto casinos but worth knowing going in.
Bonuses and Rewards
There’s no traditional welcome bonus. Instead, XMR.GG runs a rakeback system where you get a percentage of your wagers returned to you. There are four types: instant, daily, weekly, and monthly rakeback — all claimable from the Rewards page.

There’s a Rain Pool — a community pot visible in the chat with a running balance — that gets periodically distributed to active players. It’s small amounts, but it adds a social element to the chat that makes the room more lively.
You can also tip other players directly through the wallet modal. The minimum tip is 0.001 XMR and the maximum is 50 XMR per transaction. Tips come from your main balance and land instantly.

There’s also a Vault feature — a separate, secure area of your balance away from your main wallet. You can move funds there to stop yourself wagering more than you intended, and withdrawing from the Vault requires 2FA confirmation as an extra layer of protection.
Deposits
Depositing is simple if you already hold XMR. You open the wallet modal, go to the Deposit tab, and you get a unique Monero address with a QR code. Send XMR to it and your balance updates in around 120 seconds. The minimum deposit is 0.01 XMR. No fees from XMR.GG — you just pay the standard Monero network fee, which is minimal.
If you don’t have Monero, you can deposit via Trocador, a third-party multi-currency converter built into the deposit screen. You pick your source currency — Bitcoin is the default, but others are available in the dropdown — and Trocador converts it to XMR automatically. It works, but it’s an extra step compared to casinos that natively hold multiple currencies. The minimum via Trocador is approximately 0.012572 XMR equivalent at the time of testing.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals go to any Monero address you provide. You enter the address and confirm with your 2FA code. There’s a 15-minute cooldown between withdrawal requests, which is a standard security measure.
The minimum withdrawal is 0.01 XMR. If you withdraw without having wagered your deposit at least once, there’s an 8% fee with a minimum of €4 equivalent. Wager it once and that fee disappears entirely.
Large withdrawals — specifically when your balance is described in the ToS as “multiple times larger” than your total deposits — may need manual approval. The casino hasn’t specified the exact multiplier at which this kicks in, which has been flagged as a vagueness worth addressing. Worth keeping in mind if you’ve had a big win.
There are no other withdrawal fees beyond the Monero network transaction cost.
KYC and Privacy
The casino markets itself on “No KYC, No History, No Problem.” In practice, that’s true for the vast majority of players. You register with just a username and password. Email is optional. No ID check at sign-up.
But the AML policy says the company can request full identity documentation at any time — including proof of identity, proof of address, and payment verification. High-risk accounts, large transactions (over $10,000 USD), politically exposed persons, or anything that triggers their risk management software can result in a KYC request. Enhanced due diligence applies to high-risk users.
The key reassurance in the policy is the explicit statement that they will always provide refunds and “never hold your funds hostage” — so if they do lock your account for any reason, they say you get your money back. Whether that holds up under pressure is something only a longer track record will confirm.
Bottom line on KYC: for casual play at normal amounts, you’ll almost certainly never see a request. But it’s not an absolute guarantee, and you should go in knowing the policy exists.
Account Security and Recovery
2FA is strongly recommended and uses a TOTP authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy. It’s required for withdrawals and sensitive account actions. When you set it up, you get recovery codes — store those somewhere safe offline.
Here’s a genuine weak spot in the platform: because email is optional, if you forget your password and didn’t add an email, you may have no recovery path. The ToS also prohibits multiple accounts, so creating a new one isn’t a clean solution. If you’re playing here without an email on file, treat your password like a private key — don’t lose it.
Restricted Countries
XMR.GG blocks players from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, the Union of Comoros, and all FATF blacklisted countries. The full restricted list also covers any jurisdictions prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.
There have been reports of some players in countries not on the official restricted list hitting geo-blocks during registration. At least one Philippines-based user reported this, while another from the same country registered without issue. This appears to be a technical inconsistency rather than a deliberate policy, but it’s worth knowing.
Using a VPN to bypass geo-restrictions is against the Terms of Service and could put your account and funds at risk.
Responsible Gambling
XMR.GG has a few tools here. Self-exclusion locks your account for a minimum of 6 months, during which no promotional material is sent. There’s also a 7-day cooling-off period if you just need a short break — this is user-activated, not automatic. The casino recommends extending self-exclusion to any other gambling sites you use as well.

Anjouan is a widely-used license in the offshore crypto gambling space. It doesn’t carry the consumer protections of a Malta Gaming Authority or UK Gambling Commission license. Dispute resolution is governed by the laws of Anjouan, not by any major regulatory body.
On the positive side: all in-house games are provably fair with a public verifier, 2FA is available, the Vault protects funds during play, there’s a functioning bug bounty program covering the web app, payment systems, game logic, and backend infrastructure.
Is XMR.GG a Scam?
XMR.GG fills a real gap.
