The welcome bonus is a 100% deposit match up to $1,000. The bonus is applied automatically once your first deposit goes through and is available to new players on their first deposit only.
The wagering requirement is 35x, and it applies to the combined total of your bonus and your original deposit. So if you deposit $100 and receive a $100 bonus, you’re wagering on $200 combined — meaning $7,000 in total bets before you can withdraw.
The promo page says “standard bonus terms and wagering requirements apply” and leaves it at that. There’s no mention of excluded games, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, or any win cap. Community testing on Bitcointalk found that live support agents couldn’t explain the wagering requirements before a deposit was made — with agents telling multiple users separately that the terms would only be disclosed post-deposit. One community member who deposited reported being told the requirement was 40x, which conflicts with the 35x figure in Rizzy’s own help centre documentation. That discrepancy has not been officially clarified.
Once you activate the bonus, you can’t cancel it. Your deposit and bonus funds get merged into a single balance. If the bonus expires before you complete the wagering requirement, you risk losing your entire combined balance — real money included. This is a system with serious consequences for players who don’t fully understand what they’re agreeing to, and it’s something Rizzy needs to fix urgently.
Beyond the welcome offer, the promotions picture for regular non-VIP players is genuinely thin. Rizzy runs occasional tournaments — the Lucky Battle arcade competition in February 2026 offered a $1,000 prize pool split among the top 10 players, with $1 in bets equalling one tournament point — but there are no regular reload bonuses, cashback offers, or weekly incentives from Rizzy itself for players outside the VIP program.
VIP Program
The VIP program is one of Rizzy’s better features and where the casino differentiates itself most clearly from competitors.
There are nine tiers: Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Opal, Ruby, Emerald, and Diamond. You earn XP through normal gameplay automatically — every bet contributes. Iron is the entry point requiring no XP. Bronze requires 1,000 XP and spans five levels. Withdrawals
Before you can withdraw anything, your account needs to be fully verified through the KYC process. Email, phone number, and a valid government-issued ID all need to be confirmed. If verification is pending, withdrawals won’t go through.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same method you used to deposit. You enter the amount, select your saved bank account or crypto wallet address, then confirm with a one-time password sent to your registered email. Saving your bank account or crypto wallet address in your profile in advance speeds up the process for future withdrawals.
Withdrawal processing typically takes 20 to 30 minutes but can stretch to one to three business days depending on verification checks, compliance reviews, and transaction volume.
There’s no casino-imposed maximum withdrawal — the upper limit is set by your payment provider.
If you have an active bonus, only your withdrawable balance is available for cashout. The locked balance tied to unmet wagering requirements stays frozen until you’ve played through it.
KYC
Rizzy is a KYC casino. Verification is required before withdrawals are processed and involves submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, and documentation matching your payment methods — credit card copies, e-wallet screenshots, or crypto wallet screenshots depending on what you’ve used.
The verification process starts in your profile under the Account tab. Your email and phone number come pre-filled from registration and need to be confirmed by following the prompts. The sign-up form requires a phone number in addition to your username, email, and password. It’s mandatory — the field can’t be left blank and registration won’t complete without it. Multiple users in the Bitcointalk community reported abandoning sign-up specifically because of this, citing privacy concerns. Rizzy hasn’t offered any workaround or made the field optional. If you’re not comfortable sharing your phone number, this casino isn’t for you.
Account changes like updating your email address or phone number can’t be done through account settings — you have to email support@rizzy.com with “Change of Email Address” or “Change of Phone Number” as the subject line and wait for the team to process the request.
Restricted Countries and VPN
Rizzy is blocked in a very long list of countries. That’s essentially the entire English-speaking major market world, most of Western Europe, and a collection of high-risk jurisdictions. Players who are citizens of other countries but physically located in any restricted jurisdiction are also prohibited — residency alone isn’t the deciding factor, physical location is.

Multiple community members testing the welcome bonus found that live chat agents couldn’t explain the wagering requirements before a deposit was made, with agents confirming the terms would only be disclosed post-deposit.
