  • Is RealBet a Scam?

RealBet is a crypto casino launched in late 2025, co-owned and fronted by Conor McGregor. It’s built around a native token called $REAL, a multi-tier VIP system, and a combined casino and sportsbook platform. It’s one of the newer names in the space, but it’s grown quickly and has some genuinely distinctive features.

Official Website

https://realbet.io/

RealBet’s mobile browser experience

Signing up is straightforward. You can register with an email address, password, and date of birth, or use Google, Discord, or Steam for a quicker setup. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Google / Discord Sign-Up — Set a Password Before You Withdraw

If you sign up via Google or Discord, you won’t have a password set by default, and RealBet requires a password to process withdrawals. You’ll need to set one in your account settings before you can cash out. It’s a known friction point that catches people off guard.

When you register, you can enter a promo code to unlock additional bonuses.

The site is available in 9 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Korean, French, Thai, and Chinese. Customer support and live chat are available in all 9 languages, 24/7.

There’s no dedicated mobile app for Android or iOS. The casino runs entirely in your mobile browser, and it’s well-optimised — menus stay tight, games load in a single tab, and navigation is genuinely fast. You won’t feel like you’re using a desktop site crammed onto a phone screen. For most players, the browser experience is more than adequate. A native app would be a welcome addition but isn’t a dealbreaker.

Is Conor McGregor the Owner of RealBet?

Conor McGregor officially announced the casino on Instagram on December 6, 2025. He’s described as a co-owner, not just a paid ambassador — though the legal and operational entity behind it all remains Wales Genio Three R S.R.L. The platform is built on a white-label or turnkey casino solution, meaning the underlying infrastructure is provided by a third-party platform rather than built from scratch. That’s common among newer crypto casinos and comes with both advantages (faster launch, proven tech) and disadvantages (less flexibility, identical UI to other casinos on the same platform).

Games

RealBet’s game library is genuinely impressive for a casino this young. There are over 5,000 games from 44 providers, covering slots, crash games, live casino, table games, blackjack, bingo, video poker, baccarat, jackpot games, keno, scratch cards, arcade games, esports betting, and virtual sports.

The lobby is split into clear sections: Popular Slots, Slots, Crash, Live Casino, Table Games, and Blackjack. Navigation is clean and fast — you can get to any section in two clicks.

The slot selection is the standout. Major providers include Pragmatic Play (638 games), Playtech (564), Spinomenal (534), Evolution (345), Play’n GO (304), Skywind Group (283), Hacksaw Gaming (224), Wazdan (243), Habanero (216), Relax Gaming (213), GameArt (214), Endorphina (171), EveryMatrix (194), BGaming (179), Red Tiger (159), and NetEnt (111), among many others. Popular titles include Sweet Bonanza 1000, Sugar Rush 1000, Big Buffalo Megaways, Aviator, Plinko, and Space XY.

The crash game section is well stocked, with Aviator from Spribe, High Flyer from Pragmatic Play, and Space XY from BGaming all available. If fast-paced, high-volatility rounds are your thing, this section delivers.

The live casino is functional but modest. You’ll find Speed Roulette, Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Dice Duel, and Bet on Poker from providers like Evolution and BetGames. The quality is high but the selection is relatively limited compared to the slot offering — if live dealer variety is your main priority, it may feel thin.

Table games outside the live section are also limited. There’s blackjack and a handful of card variants, but it’s clearly a slot-first platform.

RealBet doesn’t currently offer any in-house or exclusive games. Everything comes from third-party providers supported by the underlying platform.

Bonuses

RealBet goes heavily on promotions, which is clearly one of its main hooks. Here’s a full breakdown of what’s available.

Welcome Bonus — Up to 500%

This is spread across your first three deposits. The first gives you a 130% bonus up to $200 (minimum deposit $10). The second gives 170% up to $200 (minimum $20). The third gives 200% up to $200 (minimum $40). All three carry a 40x wagering requirement, a $10 maximum bet while clearing, and a 14-day expiry window. The maximum cashout on each deposit bonus is $500.

Welcome Bonus Key Terms

  • Deposit 1: 130% up to $200 — min deposit $10
  • Deposit 2: 170% up to $200 — min deposit $20
  • Deposit 3: 200% up to $200 — min deposit $40
  • Max bonus total: $600 across all three deposits
  • Wagering: 40× per bonus
  • Max bet while clearing: $10
  • Max cashout per bonus: $500
  • Expiry: 14 days per bonus

$50 USDT First Deposit Bonus

Deposit $50 USDT and receive an additional $50 USDT in bonus balance. This one requires KYC Level 2 to be completed before you can claim it. The wagering requirement is 60x. Maximum cashout is capped at $1,000. Bets must be between $0.10 and $10 while clearing.

This bonus is only usable on selected casino games in the Bonus Wagering category. It can’t be used on sports betting, live casino, table games, special games, or certain slots. Winnings from bonus bets stay in the bonus balance until wagering is complete.

$8 No Deposit Bonus

New players can claim $8 just for registering and completing ID verification (KYC Level 2). The wagering requirement is 40x, maximum cashout is $100, and it expires 7 days after being issued. It’s free money to test the casino with, but the $100 cap means even a perfect run through wagering has limited upside.

Top-Up Tuesday

Every Tuesday, you can claim a 25% deposit bonus. Minimum deposit is $10, maximum payout is $400, and wagering is 40x. You need to activate it through the Bonus Locker before depositing.

Free Spin Fridays

Every Friday, a minimum deposit of $25 unlocks 25 free spins. Winnings go to your bonus balance, wagering is 40x to convert them, and maximum payout is $250.

$10 Livestream Bonus

Available to players who reach Level 1 in the REAL-Reward System. Activated with the promo code LIVESTREAM.

Promo Codes

RealBet distributes promo codes through its social media accounts (X and Instagram), email newsletters, and news posts. These unlock free crypto, free spins, or deposit bonuses. Codes are time-limited and capped by quantity, so checking regularly is worth it if you want to catch them.

Royal Tournaments

Prize pools up to $100,000. You need to reach a specified VIP tier to qualify, and only real money bets count — bonus play is excluded. Automatically entered when playing qualifying games at the required level.

Bonus Wagering Pauses Your VIP Progress

Bonus wagers don’t count toward your VIP progression, rakeback, cashback, or REAL-Wheel entries. So while clearing a bonus, your progress on the reward system is effectively paused. Bonuses follow a cascade method — earlier bonuses must be fully wagered before newer ones activate. If your bonus balance drops below $0.01, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

Real-Reward System and VIP Program

The reward system has two separate tracks running simultaneously — one based on wagering volume, one based on how many $REAL tokens you hold or stake.

Cashback Tiers (Wager-Based)

Progress through 11 tiers based on your total lifetime wagers. All tiers include access to the REAL-Wheel and a REAL-Scratch card every 72 hours. Cashback percentages based on the live VIP page are as follows:

VIP Cashback Tiers

  • Bronze — $0 wagered — 3% cashback
  • Silver — $1,000 — 6%
  • Gold — $10,000 — 8%
  • Platinum — $25,000 — 12%
  • Emerald — $50,000 — 14%
  • Diamond — $100,000 — 16%
  • Diamond+ — $250,000 — 18%
  • Sapphire — $500,000 — 20%
  • Sapphire+ — $1,000,000 — 21%
  • Black — $2,500,000 — 22% + dedicated VIP host
  • Black+ — $5,000,000 — 25% + dedicated VIP host

Wagering that counts toward tier progression is limited to slots, bingo, and sports bets with odds of 1.8 or higher. Table games and lower-odds sports bets don’t contribute.

Rakeback (Token-Based)

Every player gets a base 5% rakeback regardless of tier. On top of that, holding or staking $REAL tokens adds a bonus rakeback based on the dollar value of tokens held. $100 in $REAL adds 1%. $1,000 adds 2%. $2,500 adds 3%. $5,000 adds 4%. $10,000 adds 5%. $25,000 adds 6%. $50,000 adds 7%. $100,000 adds 8%. $250,000 adds 9%. $500,000 adds 10%, bringing total rakeback to 15%.

Rakeback is calculated from the house edge on each game — not your total wager — so it’s mathematically different from cashback, which is calculated on net losses.

Staking $REAL Tokens

When you stake $REAL, your tokens enter a staking pool and you receive sREAL as a receipt token. Staking rewards come from two sources: allocations from the RWG treasury, and 50% of RealBet’s net revenue. Rewards are distributed proportionally based on the size and duration of your stake.

You Must Vote Weekly to Receive Staking Rewards

To receive staking rewards, you must vote in weekly governance proposals during each epoch. Miss a vote and you forfeit that week’s rewards entirely. This is a real commitment — it’s not a passive system.

Longer staking periods earn multiplier boosts that increase your share of the rewards pool. Staking for 3 months earns a 0.1x boost. Six months earns 0.5x. Twelve months earns 1.1x. Twenty-four months earns 1.5x. Forty-eight months earns 2.1x.

As a worked example from the T&Cs: if you stake 100 tokens for 24 months, there are 1,000 tokens total in the pool, and 200 tokens are paid out as rewards during an epoch, you’d earn 200 × (100 × 1.5 / 1,000) = 30 REAL tokens for that epoch.

The $REAL token itself adds complexity and price volatility to your rewards. If the token drops in value, so does the real-world value of your rakeback and staking rewards. This system is designed for players who are comfortable with crypto economics and want to maximise value over time. If you just want to play and withdraw in a stable coin, the base 5% rakeback and cashback tiers still provide decent value without needing to engage with the token side.

Deposits

RealBet supports 17 cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, BNB, SOL, DOGE, XRP, TRX, BCH, ADA, DAI, REAL, SUI, Verse, and Crypto Snack. There are no fees on BTC deposits, and BTC transactions require just 1 confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts vary by currency.

Minimum Deposit Amounts by Currency

  • BTC — 0.0001 BTC
  • ETH — 0.003 ETH
  • USDT — 3 USDT
  • USDC — 5 USDC
  • SOL — 0.2 SOL
  • LTC — 0.1 LTC
  • BNB — 0.02 BNB
  • BCH — 0.02 BCH
  • DOGE — 100 DOGE
  • TRX — 80 TRX
  • XRP — 20 XRP
  • ADA — 25 ADA

If you don’t own crypto, RealBet has a built-in fiat on-ramp. You can pay in USD using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and the platform converts your cash to crypto automatically at the live exchange rate. The conversion rate is shown before you confirm.

The minimum across all payment methods is approximately $10 equivalent. There’s no stated maximum deposit.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is approximately $10 equivalent in any supported cryptocurrency. There’s no stated maximum, but large withdrawals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Before withdrawing, you need to have wagered your deposited amount at least once. This is an AML requirement that applies to everyone, not just bonus users. If you deposit $100, you need to wager $100 before you can request a cashout — even if you haven’t claimed any bonus.

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals are processed. At minimum this means Level 2 (photo ID), and in practice many players are asked for Level 3 (proof of address) as well. Full KYC must be completed within 30 days of your first deposit regardless.

2FA Is Mandatory — Requires an Authenticator App

Two-factor authentication is mandatory for all withdrawals. Unlike most casinos that just send a code to your email, RealBet requires a proper authenticator app — you download it, scan a QR code, and enter a time-based code each time you withdraw. It’s more secure, but it’s a bigger setup step than players are used to. If you registered via Google or Discord and haven’t set a password yet, you’ll need to do that too before you can withdraw.

Withdrawal Delays Have Been Reported

RealBet aims to process withdrawals within 5 working days of verification being completed. In practice, based on complaints from early 2026, delays beyond this are not uncommon. Multiple verified players have reported withdrawals sitting in “Approved” status for extended periods with no transaction ID provided and no funds received. Two of those cases were eventually resolved, one was closed when the player stopped responding, one is still open involving $7,600 in ETH, and one was closed at the player’s request.

KYC and Verification

There are four verification levels. Level 1 covers basic personal info — name, email, country, postcode, and phone number. Level 2 requires a photo and a government-issued identity document. Level 3 is proof of address. Level 4 is source of funds verification.

Full KYC (at least through Level 2, and often Level 3) must be completed within 30 days of your first deposit, or before any withdrawal — whichever comes first. If you fail to complete it within 30 days of a verification request, your account gets suspended.

Some Games Require Level 3 Verification to Access

One unusual thing reported by multiple sources: some games on the platform require Level 3 verification (proof of address) just to access them. This is uncommon even among heavily regulated casinos, and it may be a bug rather than intentional policy. Either way, completing verification fully upfront avoids hitting these walls mid-session.

One complaint raised a specific issue: a player was told they needed to complete verification despite their account showing as “fully verified.” This kind of KYC loop is a known frustration at newer casinos and is worth keeping in mind if you encounter a withdrawal block.

Restricted Countries and VPN Use

RealBet doesn’t accept players from the following countries and territories: Afghanistan, Canada’s Province of New Brunswick, China, Cuba, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Yemen, and Venezuela.

VPN Use Will Void Your Winnings

Using a VPN to bypass geo-restrictions is explicitly prohibited in the Terms of Service. The T&Cs also prohibit the use of proxy servers or IP masking. If your registered details don’t match your IP location, it can trigger Enhanced Due Diligence. If you’re caught using a VPN to access the site from a restricted country, the casino can freeze your account and void your winnings. If you’re in an unrestricted country but travelling to a restricted one, contact support before you go — not after you’ve already tried to log in.

Customer Support

Support is available 24/7 via live chat, accessible from every page on the site. There’s also an email address at support@realbet.io for less urgent issues. There’s no phone support.

Player experiences are more mixed. Multiple complaint cases involved players reporting live chat being unresponsive and emails going unanswered during withdrawal disputes. The honest picture is probably that support handles routine queries reliably but can struggle when things get complicated.

There’s also a community chat feature on the platform, but it’s locked until you reach Silver tier — meaning you need to wager $1,000 before you can access it.

Responsible Gambling

You can self-exclude for a minimum of 6 months by emailing support@realbet.io. During self-exclusion, you can still log in and withdraw your remaining balance, but you can’t place any bets. The casino will monitor for and close any new accounts you attempt to open during the exclusion period.

There’s also a free 12-week recovery program available on request via the same email address, with both pre-recorded and live online sessions covering gambling behaviours, underlying causes, and self-management strategies.

The site links to Gamblers Anonymous and GamCare for external support.

No Self-Service Responsible Gambling Tools

There are no self-service responsible gambling tools in the account dashboard. You can’t set deposit limits, session timers, loss limits, or cooling-off periods yourself. Everything goes through the support team, which adds friction when someone needs to act quickly.

Is RealBet a Scam?

RealBet has done a lot right for a casino that’s barely six months old. The game library is enormous, the fiat on-ramp is a genuine differentiator, the VIP and token system is well thought out for players who want to maximise value, and the Conor McGregor backing gives it visibility that most new casinos can only dream of.

The concerns are real though, and they’re worth taking seriously. Withdrawal delays are the biggest issue — it’s shown up consistently across multiple independent complaint platforms. This is a casino for players who are comfortable with offshore crypto platforms and understand the risks that come with them.
