  • Overall Take

Qzino is a crypto casino that went public on February 5, 2026. It’s built around a Web3 model — meaning it has its own native token (QZI), a profit-sharing staking system, and a Telegram Mini App community that predates the main platform by several months. It launched with a $500,000 bug bounty program during beta, ran a phased waitlist rollout through January and early February 2026, and has added features at a rapid pace since going live: a sportsbook in March, a prediction market in late April, a new welcome pack system, daily promo codes, and a $20,000 weekly race all within its first three months.

It’s young and ambitious. A lot is still being built. But there’s real substance here, and the development pace is hard to ignore.

Registration & Account Setup

Signing up is genuinely fast. You can register with email and password, or connect directly through Google, MetaMask, Telegram, TonConnect, TrustWallet, Phantom, TronLink, Coin98, and at least six more wallet options. That’s one of the broadest onboarding menus you’ll find anywhere in crypto gambling. If you’ve already been using the Qzino Telegram Mini App, registering via Telegram links your existing balance automatically.

If you register by email, you need to verify your account within 30 days. Unverified accounts get deleted. At launch in February 2026, several users on Bitcointalk reported that email verification codes weren’t arriving or were being sent repeatedly as the same code rather than generating a new one each time. This was more pronounced for users on VPN or using less common email providers. The issue was acknowledged and escalated to the technical team. Most users resolved it by switching to a different email address, disabling VPN, or trying from a different device. Telegram sign-up worked smoothly throughout.

Each player is allowed exactly one account. Duplicate accounts are closed immediately, and any winnings, bonuses, or funds from duplicate accounts can be voided and reclaimed by Qzino.

You can’t transfer, sell, or share your account with anyone else. Account information can’t be changed at your own discretion — you have to contact support and may need to complete KYC to update things like your name or email address. Keep your registered email active and up to date, because that’s how Qzino communicates with you.

You must be at least 18 years old to register, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that’s higher. Qzino age-verifies accounts and will freeze any account suspected of being underage until the matter is investigated. If underage gambling is confirmed, all winnings are forfeited.

Account Security

Your account password is entirely your responsibility. Qzino recommends changing it regularly and never sharing it. If the correct login credentials are entered, Qzino assumes all bets and transactions were made by you — including ones you didn’t authorize.

If you suspect your account or email has been compromised, notify Qzino immediately. They’ll suspend the account promptly after notification, but you remain responsible for everything that happened before that point.

Log out at the end of each session. The account menu also includes a Sessions tab where you can review active sessions across devices.

You’re prohibited from using third-party software or tools that give you an unfair advantage — betting analyzers, card counters, outcome prediction software, bots, or scripts. Bets placed using such tools are invalid, winnings from them can be withheld, and the account can be blocked. If the amount gained illegally exceeds your deposit balance, Qzino reserves the right to pursue legal recovery of the difference.

Games

The library covers Qzino Originals, slots, live casino, and table games on the casino side, plus a sportsbook and prediction market for betting.

Qzino Originals

There are seven in-house games: Crash, Dice, Plinko, Keno, Limbo, Coin Flip, and Ultimate Dice. It’s a compact but well-chosen lineup covering what the crypto gambling crowd expects. These games earn mining points at a lower rate than slots (Originals give 10 points per dollar wagered versus 13.33 for slots), but they count toward the AML rollover at the same 100% rate as regular casino games. The Originals also count at a 0.2 coefficient toward wagering bonuses like the USDT voucher playthrough, so keep that in mind if you’re trying to clear a bonus.

Slots

The slots section draws from over 30 providers. Recognizable names include Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Play’n GO, PG Soft, Nolimit City, Quickspin, BGaming, Betsoft, Endorphina, Playtech, Playson, Platipus, Kalamba Games, Booming Games, Mascot, Fugaso, Caleta, Ezugi, KA Gaming, VoltEnt, 1Spin4Win, Concept Gaming, NetGame Entertainment, Amatic, Iron Dog Studio, Tom Horn, Amigo Gaming, Belatra, Retro Gaming, and Pocket Games Soft. For a platform that launched in early 2026, that roster is genuinely impressive and rivals casinos several years older.

Popular titles include Mahjong Ways (PG Soft), Le Bunny, Drop’em, 2 Wild 2 Die, Frkn Bananas, and Le Bandit (all Hacksaw), Fortune Tiger and Queen of Bounty (PG Soft), Bonanza Trillion and Joker vs Joker (BGaming), and San Quentin 2 (Nolimit City). You can filter by provider and sort by popularity or newest.

Live Casino

The live section is powered primarily by Evolution, which is the gold standard for live dealer content. You’ll find an extensive range of blackjack variants including VIP, Speed, Salon Privé, Platinum Private, and Silver tables, baccarat including Speed Baccarat and Platinum Private Baccarat, and roulette. Pragmatic Play also contributes live content.

Table Games

The standalone table games section covers European, American, and French Roulette (La Partage), multiple blackjack variants (VIP, Multihand, Premium European, Speed), Baccarat VIP and Baccarat Pro, Sic Bo, Oasis Poker, Caribbean Beach Poker, Caribbean Club Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Jacks or Better, and more unusual entries like Color Game, 3 Card Rummy, Golden Land, Frog, 7UP, and Number. Providers here include Platipus, TaDa, Belatra, VoltEnt, and Tom Horn.

Live Camera Games

155.io is a provider that streams real CCTV footage of actual traffic intersections and lets you bet on real-world outcomes — like how many cars pass through a zone in a set time period. Rush Hour is the flagship game and it’s genuinely unlike anything else in the casino space. Marbles, a similar real-world streaming concept, has also been added. These are worth trying at least once just for the novelty.

Sportsbook

The sportsbook launched in March 2026, about four weeks after the casino. It covers more than 25 sports and esports — soccer, basketball, tennis, Counter-Strike, and more — with over 60,000 events per month and 1,000+ betting markets. Live betting is available.

It uses Betby as the odds provider. Some experienced bettors on Bitcointalk raised concerns about this choice, with one user declining to register entirely on that basis. Others reported no practical problems. One community member showed a winning cashout screenshot through the sportsbook during the review period, confirming basic functionality works. The odds are described as competitive by the platform itself, though independent comparison data isn’t available yet.

Combo Boost gives up to 50% extra on the final odds of parlays with four or more legs, provided each leg has minimum odds of 1.4. The boost is applied automatically. Bet Builder lets you combine multiple bet types within a single match — for example, match winner plus total goals plus corners — into one wager.

Sports cashback applies to losses at up to 20% twice a week, and sports rakeback also runs automatically.

Prediction Market

A prediction market launched in late April 2026 — one of the more recent additions in response to community demand. Categories are still limited at time of writing but expanding. If prediction markets are your thing, Qzino now has an entry point, though established prediction platforms will have more depth for now.

Lottery

The QZI Lottery operates with a 100% RTP model, meaning Qzino covers the house edge entirely for token holders. You can choose Standard or Powerplay tickets, select how many entries you want, pick your numbers manually or use a fast-fill option, and pay to confirm. Draws produce nine prize tiers. Winnings are credited instantly to your balance upon claiming. The lottery is unlocked through QZI token ownership — it’s one of the post-TGE benefits built into the token’s utility.

Bonuses

Welcome Pack

New players choose between two welcome packages at registration, before making their first deposit. The choice locks in after that first deposit — you can’t switch.

The standard Welcome Pack covers four consecutive deposits. First deposit gets 100% match plus 50 free spins at $0.20 per spin, with no minimum deposit required. Second deposit gets 125% plus 100 free spins with a $10 minimum. Third gets 150% plus 150 free spins with a $20 minimum. Fourth gets 200% plus 200 free spins with a $50 minimum. Total bonus potential up to $6,500. Wagering requirement is 35x. Free spin max win is 10x the stake per spin. There are no minimum or maximum bet restrictions during wagering, which is more flexible than most casinos.

The VIP Welcome Pack is for players coming in with larger bankrolls. First deposit gets 125% plus 100 free spins at $1.00 per spin, minimum deposit $159. Second gets 150% plus 150 free spins, minimum $499. Third gets 200% plus 200 free spins, minimum $999. Fourth gets 250% plus 200 free spins, minimum $1,999. Total bonus potential up to $10,500, same 35x wagering. Taking the VIP pack immediately grants you Level 30 VIP status with 8% cashback, a personal VIP concierge, and full VIP benefits from day one.

The VIP pack also includes a $150,000 wagering challenge: complete it across slots, Originals, and sports within 30 days of first deposit and you receive a $1,500 cash bonus credited directly to your main balance with absolutely no wagering conditions attached. Miss the challenge and VIP status is removed. Wagering toward the challenge counts slots at 35x contribution, sports bets with odds above 1.5 at 35x, and in-house games at 99x.

Both packs give you 30 days from registration to make all four deposits. You also have 30 days from your first deposit to complete all the bonus wagering. If either timer expires, the pack disappears permanently. There’s no partial bonus withdrawal — you have to complete the full wagering requirement before claiming anything.

Bonus Hub

The Bonus Hub is a centralized dashboard where all your active bonuses, upcoming offers, and available rewards live. You can track real-time progress on every bonus and claim all universal bonuses in a single click rather than hunting through menus. It’s one of the cleaner bonus management systems in the industry.

The critical thing to know: cashback, Q-Rake, weekly bonuses, and monthly bonuses all expire if you don’t claim them before the next cycle rolls in. If you miss a weekly cashback window, it’s gone. Check the Hub regularly.

Q-Rake is the platform’s name for the rakeback balance that accumulates from bets placed outside the eligible range for USDT voucher wagering. It’s a separate pool from standard rakeback and has its own wagering rules — bets between $0.10 and $10.00 count toward USDT voucher progress, while bets outside that range contribute to Q-Rake instead.

Cashback

Cashback runs twice a week and applies to net losses on slots, Originals, and sports. It starts at 3% for Newcomer-level players and rises with your rank, up to 40% at Blue Diamond — twice a week, with no stated cap on the amount returned. Sports cashback is a separate pool capped at 20%.

Rakeback

Rakeback is calculated on every bet and can be claimed every 30 minutes. It starts at 10% for all registered players from their very first bet, regardless of level, and grows to a maximum of 15% at Pink Diamond and Blue Diamond. From Gold rank (Level 30) onward, rakeback also applies to live casino games. There’s also a Rakeback Boost — after claiming a bonus, it activates automatically and gives you +50% on top of your base rakeback rate for one hour.

Weekly and Monthly Bonuses

Both are calculated based on your recent activity and appear in the Bonus Hub at the start of each cycle. The exact amounts aren’t fixed — they scale with how much you’ve been playing. They run alongside cashback, not instead of it.

Weekly Race

Every week runs a $20,000 leaderboard tournament open to all players. Your position is based on mining points earned from bets during the week: Originals earn 0.75 points per dollar, slots earn 1 point, and sports earn 40 points. The top 200 players split the $20,000 prize pool, paid in USDT. The race runs Sunday 00:00 UTC to Saturday 23:59 UTC, and a new one starts the moment the old one ends. In the event of a tie, whoever reached the score earlier ranks higher. Weekly points carry over to your mining balance after the race — the leaderboard resets but your points don’t disappear.

The 40 points per dollar on sports is notable — it means even modest sports betting activity puts you high on the leaderboard compared to casino players at the same spend level.

Promo Codes

Daily promo codes are posted in Qzino’s dedicated Telegram channel (t.me/bonusqz). Each code has a limited number of activations and a 24-hour validity window. First come, first served — if a code has 100 activations set and you’re the 101st person to try it, it won’t work even if the 24 hours haven’t expired. Each user can only use each code once. Codes require a minimum wagering activity threshold to be eligible — for example, $1,000 in bets across slots, Originals, and sports over the previous 7 days. The first week of the daily code program had $10,000 total loaded across that week’s codes.

Wheel of Luck

Spins on the Wheel of Luck are awarded when you level up through the rank system. From Bronze onward, every level-up earns a spin. VIP players (Level 30+) access the Gold Wheel, which can award up to $300,000 in BTC. SVIP players (Level 57+) access the Diamond Wheel, which can award up to $500,000.

VIP Program & Rank System

The rank system progresses automatically based on total wagering. Your rank updates in real time and never goes down — once you hit a level, it stays with you.

You start at Level 0 as a Newcomer and progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Super Gold, Emerald, Ruby, Pink Diamond, and Blue Diamond at the top. Here’s the full breakdown:

  • Newcomer (Level 0-2): 3% cashback, 10% rakeback.
  • Bronze (Levels 3-20): rises from 3% to 4% cashback, 10% rakeback. Starts from roughly $1,000 wagered.
  • Silver (Levels 21-29): rises from 5% to 7% cashback, 10% rakeback. From around $200,000 wagered.
  • Gold / VIP (Levels 30-41): rises from 8% to 13% cashback, 10% rakeback. From around $1,000,000 wagered.
  • Super Gold (Levels 42-56): rises from 12% to 16% cashback, 10% rakeback. From around $50,000,000 wagered.
  • Emerald / SVIP (Levels 57-59): 17% cashback, 11% rakeback. From around $500,000,000 wagered.
  • Ruby (Levels 60-68): rises from 18% to 25% cashback, 12% to 14% rakeback. From around $777,000,000 wagered.
  • Pink Diamond (Levels 69-76): rises from 30% to 35% cashback, 15% rakeback. From around $1,770,000,000 wagered.
  • Blue Diamond (Level 77): 40% cashback, 15% rakeback. From around $2,770,000,000 wagered.

The upper tiers require billions in wagering — Blue Diamond is decorative for virtually everyone. But the meaningful VIP benefits start at Level 30, which requires roughly $1 million wagered. That’s reachable for regular players over time.

Within each tier there are also sublevels. For example, Bronze has six sublevels with incremental reward improvements between levels 3 and 20. Each sublevel-up earns a Wheel of Luck spin. A weekly bonus and monthly bonus become available from Bronze onward.

VIP (Gold, Level 30+) unlocks: a personal VIP concierge manager, a VIP Welcome Bonus (one-time, non-expiring — claim it whenever you’re ready), a VIP Birthday Bonus, a Personal VIP Bonus that your manager tailors for you, and a weekly VIP Royalty Bonus based on activity. You also get access to the Gold Wheel of Luck.

SVIP (Emerald, Level 57+) adds SVIP-specific versions of those same bonus types, plus Rising Rakeback, the Diamond Wheel of Luck (prizes up to $500,000), and an SVIP Concierge service and lounge community (listed as coming soon at time of writing).

VIP Transfer

There’s also a VIP Transfer Program for high-rollers coming from other platforms who don’t want to start at Level 0. You get a 30-day trial at VIP status — meet the wagering conditions during that trial and your status becomes permanent. The program is live, though exact transfer requirements aren’t published and you’ll need to contact the team directly. Note that standard VIP conditions don’t apply to VIP Transfer participants during the trial — they’re under separate terms.

QZI Token & Earning System

This is the part of Qzino that genuinely sets it apart from standard crypto casinos, and it’s worth taking seriously rather than dismissing as marketing noise.

Every bet you place during Mining Season 1 automatically earns you mining points. Points accumulate in real time and appear on the Mining & Drop page. At the Token Generation Event (TGE) — date still unconfirmed — your accumulated points will convert into QZI tokens proportional to your share of the total points pool.

Current Phase 1 mining rates per dollar wagered: Originals earn 10 points, slots earn 13.33 points, and sports earn 40 points. Mining is structured across four phases, with each phase increasing the cost of mining by 20% — meaning fewer points per dollar wagered. Being early in Phase 1 gives you a real edge. Season 1 had minted over 445 million total points at time of writing, with the platform still in Phase 1.

Beta users who joined before the February 2026 public launch received a 25% mining discount on top of standard rates, giving them a head start. That discount is no longer available.

The total QZI supply is hard-capped at 7,777,777,777 tokens. Here’s how it’s allocated:

  • 16% — Mining Drop Season 1 (current season, what you’re earning now)
  • 32% — Future Drop seasons (reserved for seasons after Season 1 ends)
  • 2% — App Drop (for Telegram Mini App users who migrated)
  • 15% — Ecosystem Growth (partnerships, integrations, expansion)
  • 15% — Team
  • 8% — Liquidity (market making and trading stability)
  • 5% — Foundation Reserve (operational flexibility)
  • 5% — Strategic Investment (partnerships and acceleration)
  • 2% — Lottery (powers the 100% RTP lottery)

The community controls 50% of all tokens through the various drop allocations. This isn’t just a loyalty point — it’s the basis of the revenue-sharing model.

QZI’s core value proposition is that holders receive 50% of Qzino’s net gaming revenue in USDT, distributed continuously through a staking pool. Once TGE happens, 3% of the total staking pool is paid out to QZI stakers every single day. At time of writing the staking pool holds over $574,000 USDT — funded by real platform revenue, not token emissions.

Post-TGE, two staking options will be available. The Base Pool requires no conditions: stake your QZI tokens and earn daily USDT. The Boosted Pool offers up to 3x higher APR but requires meeting a wagering requirement to qualify. Active players get rewarded more than passive holders.

Beyond staking, QZI has other utility built in: betting on the platform using QZI tokens, access to the 100% RTP lottery for holders, and participation in airdrop campaigns, treasury reward distributions, and future governance decisions.

Referrers earn 5% of all mining points their referrals accumulate during the drop, automatically and passively. No extra action needed once your link is active.

Mini App & Migration

Before the main platform launched, Qzino ran a Telegram Mini App where users could farm points, earn USDT vouchers, and accumulate QZI Stars through daily tasks, spins, and gameplay. This gave the platform a community of over 300,000 members before the website went live — an unusual head start.

Once the main platform launched, users connect their Telegram account to their Qzino platform account and balances transfer automatically. You can do this at registration via Telegram signup, or later in your profile or on the Mining & Drop page. A Telegram account can only be linked to one platform account, and that link is permanent — you can’t unlink and relink to a different account. Migration can happen every 24 hours as new Mini App points are earned.

After migration, your Mini App balance resets to zero in the app. The app itself stays functional.

The maximum USDT voucher transfer is 10,000 USDT. Any excess is automatically converted to Mini App points at a rate of 1 USDT voucher = 10 points. Mini App points go into the separate 2% App Drop allocation, which is counted separately from the main 16% Platform Drop. Only migrated points participate in the App Drop — points left in the Mini App without migrating don’t count.

Once migrated, USDT vouchers appear in the Special Bonuses section of your Bonus Hub as bonus funds. They carry a 40x wagering requirement. Minimum bet per round during wagering is $0.10, maximum is $10.00. Only slots and Qzino Originals count toward wagering progress, with Originals counting at a 0.2 coefficient — meaning you need five times as much Originals wagering for the same progress as slots. Bets outside the $0.10-$10.00 range don’t count toward voucher wagering and instead go toward your Q-Rake balance. You can partially claim available winnings during wagering without needing to complete the full requirement first.

First-time migration unlocks a one-time reward of 30 free spins. Each spin is worth $0.20, max win per spin is capped at 10x ($2.00), total max win from the 30 spins is $30. Same 40x wagering applies to free spin winnings. You choose which eligible game to use the spins on — but once selected, all 30 spins must be used on that game.

Deposits

Qzino is entirely crypto. No fiat deposit or withdrawal methods exist.

Supported currencies include USDT, USDC, BNB, BTC, TRX, TON, SOL, ETH, and more. BSC is shown as a default network in the wallet interface, but multiple networks are supported per currency. The minimum deposit is 1 USDT — one of the lowest floors you’ll find in crypto gambling. There’s no maximum deposit limit.

The wallet also includes a built-in Swap feature, letting you exchange between supported cryptocurrencies directly within the platform without going to an external exchange. This is handy if you want to move between currencies for withdrawal purposes without leaving Qzino.

There’s also a Send Tips feature — you can send tips directly to other players from your balance. It’s a small but genuine community touch.

Multi-currency accounts are supported. Balances and transactions display in the currency used for each individual transaction, so you can hold and operate in multiple currencies simultaneously.

Withdrawals

Processing takes up to 7 business days by policy, though real-world experience since launch has been considerably faster. Multiple users on Bitcointalk reported withdrawals completing within minutes to a couple of hours once initial launch congestion settled. Qzino’s Risk Department may extend processing time if they flag a transaction for review, and withdrawals can be paused entirely if investigation is underway.

For wins of $50,000 or more, Qzino may pay in installments over up to 30 days. The maximum payout from any single bet, spin, bonus round, or free spin is $300,000. If you win above that — and some games do technically allow higher — Qzino will cap the payout at $300,000. The full amount may appear in your account temporarily but only $300,000 will be paid. This cap can itself be spread over up to 90 days. You’re notified when this cap is applied, and by accepting the Terms you’ve pre-agreed to it.

The unresolved BTC fee issue: Qzino charges a flat 7,500 satoshi fee per Bitcoin withdrawal. A community member on Bitcointalk checked the actual on-chain transaction and found it was broadcast at roughly 720 satoshis in fees — meaning around 6,780 satoshis per withdrawal are unaccounted for. When this was raised with support, agents responded with explanations ranging from “the blockchain charges this fee” to “we don’t control it” — both factually wrong given the data. The issue was escalated internally but no resolution has been published. For context, at current Bitcoin prices, 7,500 satoshis is around $5. If you’re making small or frequent BTC withdrawals, this fee is significant. USDT and other altcoin withdrawals don’t appear to carry this problem, and the community has also called for Lightning Network support as a solution. Until this gets sorted, withdrawing in USDT is the more economical choice.

For currencies with very low liquidity on major exchanges, Qzino reserves the right to pay out winnings or process withdrawals in USDT at the current exchange rate. These decisions are made at Qzino’s sole discretion and can’t be appealed. Similarly, if you win or bet in a low-liquidity currency, winnings may be issued in USDT.

AML Rollover Requirements

Before any withdrawal is processed, Qzino requires you to have wagered a minimum amount relative to what you deposited. This isn’t a bonus condition — it applies to every single user, whether you claimed any bonus or not. It’s Qzino’s anti-money laundering policy.

For crypto deposits: wager 100% of the deposit on casino games (Originals or slots), or 300% on sports betting. A 100 USDT crypto deposit means you either need 100 USDT wagered on casino, or 300 USDT on sports, before withdrawal is approved.

The 300% sports requirement is steep and has been criticized in the community. The practical implication is that if you deposit purely to bet on sports, you’re waiting three times as long to withdraw compared to a casino player. The platform’s stated reasoning is that sports betting carries higher AML risk exposure in their compliance model.

Players at Level 15 or higher are completely exempt from the rollover requirement. This is a genuine perk of building rank over time — once you hit Level 15, you deposit and withdraw freely without worrying about rollover.

The rollover requirement does not apply to users who have wagered enough to satisfy the condition, obviously. It resets with each new deposit.

Qzino’s Risk Department monitors all transactions. Suspicious activity can trigger a freeze on withdrawals and a compliance investigation. During an investigation, account access and payments can be suspended until the department is satisfied. They can request KYC documents, source of funds proof, and other verification at any point in this process.

KYC Verification

You can register and start playing without any identity verification. But Qzino can request KYC at any time, and they will if certain triggers occur.

Common KYC triggers include requesting a large withdrawal, depositing significant funds, activity patterns that look unusual to the Risk Department, and any request to change account details like your name or registered email.

KYC documents can include: a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card), a selfie with or without the ID, a recent utility bill showing your name and address as proof of residence, and documentation about your occupation, source of funds, and source of income. For higher-risk profiles, more extensive documentation may be required.

Once KYC is triggered, you have 7 days to make initial contact with the risk department at risk@qzino.com. The full process must be completed within 30 days of that first contact. If you don’t respond or refuse to provide documents, your account can be permanently suspended or closed.

All documents are stored in encrypted, password-protected systems and treated as strictly confidential. You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting support, though Qzino retains data as long as legally required for regulatory and compliance purposes.

Data may be transferred and stored internationally in countries with different data protection standards. Qzino states it works to safeguard data in accordance with applicable laws.

VPN Usage

Qzino doesn’t publish an explicit VPN policy in their Terms of Service. In practice, multiple users reported during the February 2026 launch period that email verification codes failed to arrive or repeated incorrectly while using a VPN. Disabling the VPN and using a direct connection resolved the issue in each reported case.

The most likely explanation is that VPN exit nodes routing through restricted jurisdictions trigger Qzino’s geo-blocking system — the same block that would apply to a real resident of those countries. If you’re in a permitted country and just want privacy, disabling VPN for registration should be safe enough. Behavior after account creation while using VPN hasn’t been consistently documented, but Qzino’s Terms allow account closure if they believe you’re accessing from a restricted jurisdiction. Routing through a blocked country’s IP while playing is a real risk regardless of your actual location.

Restricted Countries

Qzino blocks players from Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. All FATF blacklist jurisdictions and sanctioned territories are also blocked, as are any other jurisdictions deemed restricted by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority or Qzino’s own Risk and Compliance team — which means the list can be updated at any time without notice.

If you’re from a restricted country, you can’t legally use the platform. Accounts found to be in violation can be closed without notice, winnings withheld, and legal action pursued in some cases.

You confirm your country compliance at registration. Qzino states it can’t verify the legality of the service in every jurisdiction, so responsibility sits with you.

Note that even players over 18 who are in a jurisdiction that sets a higher legal gambling age must comply with that local requirement — the global 18+ minimum isn’t the only threshold that applies.

Responsible Gambling

Self-exclusion is available by emailing support@qzino.com from your registered email address. Include your account username, registered email, and a clear explanation of your request. The account will be closed within 24 hours of the email being sent. The minimum exclusion period is 6 months. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be shortened, reversed, or cancelled for any reason — not even by you.

If you try to open a new account during an exclusion period — on Qzino or any platform under the same Anjouan license — winnings from that account will be confiscated and the account blocked.

Deposit limits, loss limits, spending limits, and session time alerts are available on request through support@qzino.com. There’s no self-service toggle for these in the account settings yet — everything goes through email.

Self-exclusion requests via live chat are not processed. Email only.

Support

Live chat is available directly on the site during active hours. The main support email is support@qzino.com. Other contacts: bugbounty@qzino.com for platform bug reports, affiliate@qzino.com for partnership inquiries, and pr@qzino.com for marketing. General info goes to info@qzino.com.

Support quality has been inconsistent based on community experience. The BTC withdrawal fee episode showed agents giving factually inaccurate explanations before eventually escalating to the technical team. One user spent over 30 minutes in chat before the agent acknowledged that the email verification issue wasn’t the user’s fault. That said, escalation does happen and the technical team does act — the bug bounty program demonstrated that clearly, with 105 reports received and 16 bugs fixed in one round alone, and $6,500 distributed to participants.

Qzino has maintained an active Bitcointalk ANN thread since December 2025, now with over 190 posts and growing. The official account responds to user questions and criticism publicly, which is useful as a pressure valve if you have an issue that isn’t being resolved through normal channels. A review campaign on Bitcointalk ran in February 2026 and paid out confirmed by participating community members.

Affiliate & Referral Programs

Referral Program

Any account holder can refer friends using their unique referral link. Referrers earn up to $2,000 per successful referral (the friend receives a $500 bonus when they join and play). Ongoing commissions of up to 35% of the referred player’s net gaming activity are paid as they continue to play — this is a lifetime link, meaning referred players stay tied to you permanently. During Mining Season, referrers also earn 5% of all mining points their referrals accumulate, automatically. There’s no cap on total referral earnings and no requirement to be an active player yourself to earn commissions.

Affiliate Program

The affiliate program is built for traffic partners, content creators, streamers, community managers, and SEO operators. The structure changes depending on whether a drop is currently active.

During an active drop (which is the current state as Mining Season 1 runs): affiliates earn up to 30% NGR from direct referrals, 5% NGR from sub-affiliate activity, and 5% of tokens earned by referred users during the drop. The token reward is calculated from actual gameplay, not inflated numbers.

Outside active drops: affiliates earn up to 50% NGR from direct referrals plus 5% NGR from sub-affiliates. No token rewards are distributed outside drop periods.

Sub-affiliate income is paid by the platform — it doesn’t come out of your sub-affiliate’s earnings. So bringing in other affiliates under you doesn’t cost them anything.

There’s no negative carryover. Each month resets to zero regardless of what happened the previous month. This makes earnings easier to forecast and removes the risk of a bad month dragging forward.

The affiliate dashboard provides real-time tracking of clicks, conversions, revenue, and player activity. Payouts are monthly in crypto. There are no geographic restrictions on the affiliate program. Large-audience partners and those with significant traffic can negotiate custom commission terms directly.

Applications are manually reviewed to keep the network quality high. The steps are: apply via the form on the affiliate page, get approved, receive dashboard access and tracking links, choose a promotion strategy, and collect monthly crypto payouts.

Overall Take

Qzino has covered a lot of ground in a short time. The provider lineup — Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, PG Soft, Nolimit City, Quickspin, and more than 25 others — is genuinely strong and would hold up at a more established casino. The cashback and rakeback structure rewards players from their very first bet, not just once they’ve wagered millions. The 35x welcome bonus wagering is better than industry average. The Bonus Hub is one of the more transparent and user-friendly bonus management interfaces around. The sportsbook, prediction market, and live camera games show a platform willing to differentiate rather than just copy what everyone else is doing. And the QZI token model, whatever you think of the speculative side, is built around real platform revenue rather than inflationary promises.

The weaknesses are real too. The BTC withdrawal fee discrepancy — 7,500 satoshis charged versus 720 satoshis actual on-chain cost — has never been satisfactorily explained and reflects poorly on support. Email verification bugs at launch frustrated real users and support initially deflected blame onto them. The 300% AML rollover for sports deposits is genuinely steep. Support quality is inconsistent — some agents are helpful and quick, others give wrong answers and stall. The QZI token has no TGE date and no exchange listing.

If you only play at MGA or UKGC-licensed casinos, Qzino isn’t the right fit. For crypto-native players comfortable with Anjouan-licensed platforms, the casino is legitimate and developing quickly.
