STACKWAYS
One of the main features of Mayan Stackways is the Stackways mechanic. This feature stacks 2 to 10 symbols of the same kind on each reel where the Stackways symbol lands. With this mechanic, players can create up to 100,000 winning ways.
The symbol that is stacked is chosen based on which symbol would create the longest line among the symbols present on the reels when the Stackways mechanic activates. If there are multiple symbols that would create lines of equal length, the game chooses randomly among them. Note that the stacking only occurs when the result of the stack would create a winning combination. Additionally, only one type of symbol is stacked at a time, on all reels.
STACK SPINS BONUS FEATURE
The Stack Spins Bonus Feature is triggered by landing 3 Skull scatter symbols simultaneously during the base game, which grants 10 free spins. During this feature, there’s an increased chance of getting Stackways symbols.
The Reel Activator scatter symbol can activate a specific reel, ensuring a Stackways symbol lands on that reel for every remaining free spin. Landing 3 Skull symbols at the same time during the feature awards 4 additional free spins.
MAYAN GOLD BONUS FEATURE
To activate the Mayan Gold bonus feature, you need to land 4 Skull scatter symbols simultaneously in the base game. Once triggered, the aim of the feature is to collect Coins that appear on the reels and save their values above the respective reel where they landed. The values of the Coins depend on their type. Bronze coins can have a value of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. Silver coins can have a value of 10, 15, or 20. Gold coins can have a value of 25, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 500, or 1000.
When a Multiplier symbol lands on the reel, it will multiply the value above that reel with the value on the Multiplier. The Multiplier symbols can have a value of 2, 3, 4, or 5. If a Stackways symbol lands on a reel, a stack of Coins will fill that reel, with each Coin taking on the value above that reel. Once a reel is stacked with Coins, it will be locked and no longer spins.
If you land the Collect scatter symbol, all the coins on the currently locked reels will be collected and the total value of those coins will be stored in the Vault below the reel. Collecting the coins will also unlock the stacked reels again.
The Mayan Gold feature will end when all five reels are simultaneously locked by stacked Coins. At the end of the feature, the values of all stacked Coins and the value stored in the Vault will be added up and multiplied by the bet to determine the awarded prize.
A Golden Opportunity
In the Mayan Gold feature, landing 5 Skull scatter symbols simultaneously in the base game will activate it with a value of 50 above all reels. This feature can only be triggered through normal gameplay or in one of the FeatureSpins game modes.
