Cursed Chests in Cursed Seas create an area of influence from their position to the top of the reel, and reveal a multiplier that applies to all symbols within that area. The Cursed Chests only activate if there is at least one winning combination within the Cursed Area. All winning paylines that include a symbol in the Cursed Area are multiplied by the multiplier for that area. If a payline is affected by more than one multiplier, the values are added together before being applied to the win. The Cursed Chest multipliers can have the following values: 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 25x, 50x, 100x, or 200x.
SUNKEN TREASURE BONUS FEATURE
To trigger the Sunken Treasure bonus feature in the base game, you need to land 3 Lantern scatter symbols at the same time. Once triggered, you will receive 10 free spins. During this feature, all Cursed Chests will activate and create Cursed Areas, and the multiplier from each chest will be added to a total multiplier above the reels. This total multiplier will be applied to all winning combinations that include at least one symbol in any of the Cursed Areas. If you land additional Lantern symbols at the same time during the feature, you will be awarded extra free spins. DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES BONUS FEATURE
The Dead Men Tell No Tales bonus feature is triggered by landing 4 Lantern scatter symbols simultaneously in the base game. This bonus feature awards 3 refilling free spins or “lives”.
